Alex is the Managing Partner of Keyview Financial Group. He is responsible for the overall business and a key member of the Keyview Investment Committee.
Alex has more than 25 years’ experience working with leading global investment firms based in Australia and offshore. During his career, Alex has been responsible for the management of client capital across both private debt and equity. Prior to Keyview, Alex was CEO/CIO of Atrium Investment Management, and held senior executive positions at Magellan Financial Group and Capital Partners (now CP2) where he was responsible for the management of domestic and offshore mandates.
Alex has a Masters of Applied Finance and a BA from the University of Sydney.
Liddy has more than 25 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking and building successful start-up businesses. Liddy is a non-executive director of ASX listed Argenica Limited and other unlisted companies. She is also a non-executive director of the Ear Science Institute Australia, a not‐for‐profit organisation helping people with ear and hearing disorders. Liddy is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds qualifications in law and finance from the University of Western Australia & Australian National University.
Chris has more than 30 years’ of experience in building successful investment management businesses at Colonial First State Investments and Challenger Financial Services Group. Chris is a non-executive director of various listed investment companies and a member of the investment committees of a number of ultra-high net worth families, the $4bn Paul Ramsey Foundation and UniSuper Limited. He is also the Chairman and founder of Australian Philanthropic Services, a not‐ for‐profit organisation that inspires effective philanthropy, and provides education and practical support for individuals and advisers.
Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of Finsia, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and a Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia. He received the Australian Fund Managers Hall of Fame award in 2017 and was also appointed as an Officer in the General Division of the Order of Australia in the same year.
Ian has over 25 years’ experience in financial markets. For much of the last 15 years Ian has acted as a Director, investment adviser and consultant to a range of financial groups and organisations. As well as being a Keyview Investment Committee Member, Ian is a Director of Attunga Capital Pty Ltd (a power trading hedge fund), a Director of Regal Funds Management (a long/short equity hedge fund), an adviser to RPG Management Pty Ltd (family office), an IC Member of Atrium Investment Management (a multi-asset fund manager), a Director of Kilter Pty Ltd (a water and farmland asset manager) and a Director of Renew Power Group Pty Ltd (a renewable energy asset owner and developer). Previously, Ian was an equities analyst and portfolio manager at Fidelity Investment Management (H.K.) Ltd, an equities analyst at Potter Warburg/SBC Warburg and earlier in his career worked at the State Bank of New South Wales and BZW Australia.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Kevin is a Partner of Keyview and responsible for overseeing the broader investment business. Kevin is also member of the Keyview Board and sits on the Keyview Investment Committee.
Kevin has over 25 years’ experience in financial markets including 9 years focused on multi-strategy investment management and almost 20 years’ experience in private markets. Kevin was based in Hong Kong and worked at Stark Investments and its spin-off, OCP Asia for 9 years as a Portfolio Manager of their Australasian and Greater China portfolios. During this time, he managed investments across multiple asset classes including equities, credit and privates. Kevin’s prior experience also includes 8 years in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in both Australia and Hong Kong where he focused on mergers & acquisitions as well as equity capital and derivatives markets.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
Alex is the non-executive chair of Keyview’s trustee board. Alex is a governance, risk and compliance specialist with over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry working across alternative investments, wealth, superannuation, and sustainable investments.
Alongside his responsibilities at Keyview, Alex is an advisor to Australian and Canadian asset owners and fund managers on governance, due diligence and ESG matters. Alex has held senior roles in London and Sydney including Atlas Capital (UK), where he was General Counsel and Head of Due Diligence. Alex was the Chief Operating Officer at Select Asset Management (Australia) and Head of Investment Manager and Responsible Entity Services at OneVue.
Alex is a qualified Solicitor and a Barrister in England & Wales qualifying through the College of Law in London and holds an honours degree in Law from Cardiff University in the UK.
Blake is an Investment Associate in the Keyview team responsible for assisting in the origination, analysis, and asset management of new and existing portfolio investments.
Blake has 5 years’ experience working across private debt investment mandates and institutional banking. Prior to joining Keyview, Blake was an analyst in Metrics Credit Partners’ corporate and leveraged finance investment team where he gained experience investing across the capital structure for a diverse range of counterparties, ranging from investment grade to high yield. Blake began his career in NAB’s corporate and institutional banking division where he gained experienced across DCM originations and corporate financing transactions across a range of industries.
Blake holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from the University of Sydney.
Jason is an Investment Director in the Keyview team, where he is responsible for investment origination, analysis, structuring, execution and asset management of transactions.
Jason has 9 years’ experience working across financial markets, private credit and special situations. Prior to joining Realside, Jason was a Vice President in MA Moelis Australia’s Corporate Advisory division, providing financial advice to a broad range of corporate and sponsor clients in complex situations. Jason has broad experience in restructuring, M&A and private capital raising transactions across a range of industries including real estate, consumer, energy, infrastructure and healthcare.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours Class I in Finance) from the University of Sydney.
Joanna is a Managing Director at Keyview and is responsible for the investment execution, transaction management and the asset management of the investment portfolio.
Joanna has more than 16 years’ experience in investment and fund management, most recently as a Director for Barings’ Asia-Pac real estate credit platform. Joanna has broad experience across numerous jurisdictions including Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Her background includes investment and asset management experience in both direct equity real estate investments and credit.
Joanna holds a Master of Science (Psychology) from the University of Canterbury.
Joel is an integral member of Keyview's Investment Solutions & Operations team, where he plays a key role in overseeing the investment operations and administration functions of both new and existing portfolio investments.
With a career in the finance industry that began in 2016, Joel brings a proven track record of success to his role. His extensive experience lies in coordinating bespoke transactions within specialist finance, structured lending, and asset management. An intuitive problem solver and analytical thinker, Joel skillfully navigates competing demands and tight deadlines. His keen attention to detail and innovative mindset allow him to ensure seamless end-to-end management of Keyview's loan and fund operations. With his expertise and unique skill set, Joel is a valuable asset to the team, ensuring that every aspect of Keyview's investment operations are handled with efficiency and professionalism.

Justin is a Managing Director at Keyview and is responsible for investment origination, analysis, structuring, execution and asset management of new and existing portfolio investments. Justin heads the investment team, and is the portfolio manager for the Flagship Fund and Opportunities Fund.
Justin has more than 14 years’ experience in financial markets, the majority of which have been in principal investing and asset management. Prior to joining Keyview, Justin worked at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director in the Australian principal investment area (formerly known as the special situations group). Justin has extensive origination and asset management experience in both corporate and real estate investments and was part of the leadership team that deployed and managed over A$6bn in private credit, special situations, distressed/restructuring and equity investments.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours in Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Kala is the Financial Controller of Keyview and is responsible for the overall finance function for the Corporate division of Keyview. Kala is also responsible in managing the day-to-day compliance and risk function within the business.
Kala has over 11 years’ experience in accounting and finance, working with accounting public practice firms, stockbroking firm, and asset management firm in Australia. During her career, Kala has been responsible for managing offshore finance team and financial management of all businesses. Prior to Keyview, Kala was the Financial Controller for Real Asset Management Group, overseeing the entire finance function for the asset management and non-bank lending division.
Kala holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) degree with Honours from Monash University and is a Chartered Accountant.
As Director of Investment Solutions & Operation, Linda is responsible for overseeing Keyview’s product development, management, investment operations and administration functions.
With over 15 years' experience in the investment management industry, Linda has amassed extensive experience in both public and private markets. Her expertise covers product lifecycle management, operational oversight, risk & compliance and client servicing functions. Prior to her role at Keyview, Linda was Head of Product & Operations at Longreach Alternatives, an Australian based global alternative asset management firm for over 3 years. Linda’s experience also includes 12 years at MLC Asset Management, part of Insignia Financials group of companies, where she held senior positions with primary focus on developing investment product solutions for high-net-wealth and institutional clients. Linda also played a key role in supporting boutique investment partners and collaborated closely with the distribution team to attract new clients.
Linda is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Double Majors in Finance and Business Strategy (with Distinction) from Univeristy of New South Wales.
Matthew is an Investment Director in the Keyview team, where he is responsible for investment origination, analysis, structuring, execution and asset management of new and existing portfolio investments.
Matthew joined Keyview in late 2020, having previously worked in the Leveraged Finance team at Goldman Sachs. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Matthew was focused on providing commercial and financial advice for a broad range of corporate clients and financial sponsors. Matthew has broad experience in acquisition financing and capital markets transactions across a range of industries including real estate, education, consumer, retail and health care.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance Major) from the University of Adelaide.
Michael joins the Keyview team after multiple roles working in the private credit space across both debt advisory and distribution at Westbrook Capital, Trilogy Funds and Koa Capital. Whilst new to the financial services space having recently retired from a career in football, Michael’s passion for building and cultivating relationships with investors Australia-wide makes him an integral part of Keyview’s distribution team.
Michael undertook a Bachelor of Business Management at the University of Hertfordshire and is now pursuing his post graduate Masters of Applied Finance.
Miki is an Investment Director at Keyview and is responsible for investment origination, analysis, structuring, execution and asset management of new and existing portfolio investments.
Miki has more than 13 years’ experience in financial markets, the majority of which have been in principal investing with a focus on special situations and private equity. Prior to joining Keyview, Miki worked at Boab Capital Group, where he was an Investment Director and part of the foundation team which established the firm. At Boab, Miki focused on complex, special situations and distressed opportunities and gained deep hands-on operational experience including holding interim senior management roles focused on developing corporate strategy, implementing turnaround initiatives, and executing M&A or organic growth strategies. Prior to Boab, Miki worked in investment banking at Barclays.
Miki holds a Bachelor of Accounting Co-op Scholarship degree (BAcc, double majoring in Finance & Accounting) from the University of Technology, Sydney, is a Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA) and former Analyst of the Year recipient from the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
As Director of Client and Enterprise Solutions at Keyview, Paige leads and manages corporate and client operational activities, ensuring the successful delivery of special projects and strategic objectives.
With more than 15 years’ immersed in the financial services sector, Paige brings extensive expertise in team management, overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of diverse operational teams.
Daisy works with Keyview's team investment execution, transaction management and the asset management of Keyview’s private market fund.
Daisy brings a wealth of experience having spent the past 12 years working across a variety of roles in unit registry, share registry and custody operations for fund manager clients.
Leith is an Investment Analyst in the Keyview team where he is responsible for assisting in the analysis, structuring, execution and asset management of new and existing portfolio investments.
Leith has 4 years’ experience working on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Keyview, Leith was an M&A and transformation manager at Bingo Industries where he supported strategic planning, evaluation of M&A and capital projects and transformation initiatives.
Leith holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Sydney.
Mel is an Operations Manager in the Keyview team where she is responsible for executing management decisions, investment operations and administrative functions of portfolio investments.
Mel commenced her financial markets career in 2016 and has developed her finance experience working in wholesale fund operations, managing projects and team members both internally and within external business partners.
With experience in both public and private markets, she makes a valuable contribution to the Keyview team.
Prior to starting with Keyview, Mel was managing fund operations at MA Financial across real estate credit, real estate and alternatives asset classes.
Mel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Business Law) from the University of NSW.
