Richard Preedy

Richard joined Keyview in March 2025 as Chief Financial Officer.  

Richard is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years’ experience in the UK and Australia, with deep expertise across financial services and investment management. His experience covers financial structuring, capital market transactions, fundraising, corporate governance, due diligence, risk management and financial reporting. Richard commenced his career in London with Deloitte and Touche, providing assurance and advisory services for investment management and private equity firms, before relocating to Sydney in 2013.  

Prior to joining Keyview, Richard was the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at small-cap Australian equities manager Naos Asset Management, where he was responsible for overall financial strategy and managing the firm’s operational activities.  

Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Sheffield, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
